I had the privilege of designing the visual style book that guided the aesthetic for Karat’s Brilliant Black Minds initiative — a purpose-driven program dedicated to empowering Black software engineers with free mock technical interviews, coaching, community, and industry connections. Backed by a strategic investment from Serena Williams, who serves as the program’s “Champion of Brilliance,” Brilliant Black Minds uses Karat’s interview-focused platform to help level the playing field in tech and support talent historically underserved in the industry. My design work helped shape a cohesive and dynamic visual identity that reflects the program’s bold mission, inclusive community, and commitment to unlocking opportunity across the tech ecosystem.
